Customer states on the phone that their water heater is not working They've already troubleshoot everything with the manufacturer of the water heater and all the elements are working correct correctly I arrived on scene checked the breaker we were receiving 240 V at the Breaker went inside to the water heater opened it up and I was only receiving 107 V Took apart the disconnect switch and saw that it was melting and fried, which is why only one leg was coming through. I replaced that switch and verify that 240 came into the switch and 240 left. Everything is in working order now Please call JCL Electric for all your Electrical needs 602-399-1731
